We run weekly Crossfit sessions which helps with both physical and mental health. It helps with stamina, coordination, concentration, fine and gross motor skills. Confidence increases along with self-esteem as the young people progress in the sessions.


The young people keep a log of their sessions so they can see their improvement over time.
