We have a yoga tutor who runs weekly session for us. Special needs experts agree that yoga activities make a positive impact on individuals with special needs.  These activities improve mobility, strength, and digestion for individuals with disabilities like cerebral palsy..


Yoga is often a slow and meditative process, so it helps the individual slow down and increases attention and focus. Its also a fun activity that is done in a safe environment.

Our yoga sessions can be adapted to meet need and incorporate physiotherapy programmes.
